Do These Daily Struggles Sound Familiar?
Recognizing yourself here is the first step. A complete, comfortable smile may be closer than you think.
What Waiting Really Costs You
Bone loss deepens
Your jawbone shrinks the longer teeth stay missing, complicating future treatment.
Face begins to sag
Missing teeth and bone loss can create a prematurely aged, sunken look.
Treatment grows complex
Advanced bone loss may require grafting before implants become possible.
Remaining teeth shift
Nearby teeth drift into gaps, affecting your bite and alignment.
Confidence keeps fading
Every skipped photo and quiet moment chips away at how you feel.
Options narrow later
Waiting can limit which restoration solutions remain available to you.
Acting sooner often means a simpler path and a stronger, healthier result.
How All-On-X Restores Your Full Smile
All-On-X is a way to replace a full upper or lower arch of teeth using just a few strategically placed titanium posts, which are small anchors set into your jawbone. Instead of one implant for every missing tooth, this approach supports a complete, fixed set of teeth on as few as four posts. The angled placement often takes advantage of existing bone, which can reduce or eliminate the need for grafting. Once healed, your new teeth stay firmly in place, so nothing slips or shifts.
Planning matters here, and at Harmony Dentistry we use digital scanning, cone beam 3-D imaging, and an in-office 3-D printer to map every detail before treatment begins. This technology lets us plan All-On-X in Westfield & Fortville with precision built around your unique anatomy and goals.

Your All-On-X Journey, Step by Step
Consultation and Planning
We start by getting to know you and your goals. Using digital scans and cone beam 3-D imaging, we map your jaw, nerves, and bone in detail. Together we review your options and build a plan suited to your anatomy. You'll leave this visit understanding exactly what to expect and feeling confident about the path ahead.
Preparing Your Smile
On treatment day, we make sure you're fully numb and comfortable, and sedation is available if you feel anxious. If any damaged teeth remain, we gently remove them. When bone support is limited, we may add grafting material, though the angled implant technique often makes this unnecessary. You'll be supported and at ease throughout.
Implant Placement
We place a few titanium posts into your jawbone, typically two toward the front and two toward the back for maximum stability. Guided by your custom digital plan, placement is precise and controlled. Many patients are surprised how manageable this feels. In many cases, you'll leave with a temporary set of teeth the very same day.
Healing and Integration
Over the next few months, your implants fuse naturally with your jawbone in a process that creates a permanent, sturdy foundation. You'll wear your temporary teeth during this time and check in with us so we can track your progress. This healing phase is what gives your final smile its lasting strength and stability.
Your Final Smile
Once healing is complete, we replace your temporary teeth with a custom, permanent set crafted to match your facial features and goals. We check the fit and feel until everything is just right. You'll walk out with a full, confident smile that looks natural and functions like the real thing.

What to Expect After All-On-X
First 24-48 Hours
Expect some mild swelling and tenderness around the treatment area, which is completely normal. Rest, stick to soft foods, and use cold compresses to stay comfortable. Most patients find any discomfort is easily managed and eases noticeably within the first couple of days.
First 1-2 Weeks
Swelling continues to fade and you'll gradually feel more like yourself. Soft foods remain your best friend during this stretch, and gentle care around your new teeth supports healing. Many patients return to their normal routines sooner than they anticipated.
Long-Term Healing
Over the next few months, your implants fuse securely with your jawbone to form a permanent foundation. You'll wear your temporary teeth during this phase and feel steady progress at each check-in. Once healing is complete, your final set completes your restored smile.
