For $399 a year, our ADULT PLAN includes:

- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 1 emergency exam
- All radiographs as needed
- 2 prophylactic dental cleanings
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 20% off all dental treatments
- 10% off clear aligner treatment
- Special pricing for dental implants
- $25 off for additional family members in the same household
For $699 a year, our PERIO MAINTENANCE PLAN includes:
- 2 routine exams
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 1 emergency exam
- All radiographs as needed
- 4 periodontal maintenance dental cleanings
- 20% off scaling and root planing treatment
- 4 gingival irrigation/laser decontamination gum treatments
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 20% off all dental treatments
- 10% off clear aligner treatment
- Special pricing for dental implants
- $25 discount for additional family members in the same household
