Dr. Jessica Barton

Dr. Jessica Barton grew up in Kendallville, Indiana, and always knew she wanted to be part of the medical field. In high school, she participated in a program that allowed her to shadow professionals in various areas of medicine, including doctors' offices, chiropractors, physical therapy, surgeries, and a dental office. She immediately fell in love with the ability to help fix people’s smiles and change their perception of dentistry, and has made it her life’s mission to do so.

Dr. Barton completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). She then attended Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. For the next three years, she served in the United States Air Force as a dentist before settling in Indianapolis to continue practicing dentistry.

One of her favorite aspects of being a dentist and running her own practice is the opportunity to change people's preconceptions about dentistry. She believes that patients shouldn’t be worried about pain or being uncomfortable while work is being done to improve their health. She's shaped her dental practice around keeping her patients completely at ease during their visits.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Barton enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two little boys, Archer and Everett. You may also find her hiking, traveling, and studying up on the latest trends in interior design.

Dr. Paulina Bak

Dr. Paulina Bak was born in Poland and raised in New Jersey. Being a dentist has always been her dream. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Before dental school, she completed a dental hygiene program and then continued her education at Rutgers University, earning a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry and graduated Cum Laude.

Dr. Bak is a student at heart and enjoys expanding her knowledge with the latest developments in the dental world. Dr. Bak’s favorite aspect of dentistry is meeting new patients and forming relationships with them. As an anxious patient herself, she strives to provide a comfortable environment with the best quality of work for her patients.

Dr. Bak is currently a member of Indiana Dental Association as well as American Dental Association. In her free time, Dr. Bak can be found outside with her husband, David, and their goldendoodle pup, Benny. She enjoys reading books, traveling, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Kaelin Hall

Dr. Kaelin Hall is passionate about providing compassionate, thorough care to every patient she meets. After earning her Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, she went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. She brings a focus on education, prevention, and modern technology to her work, ensuring patients feel both cared for and informed at every visit.

Dr. Hall loves helping people—whether it’s relieving a patient’s pain or creating a positive experience that makes someone feel more comfortable in the dental chair. Having always enjoyed her own dental visits growing up, she chose dentistry as a career with the goal of offering that same welcoming, supportive environment for others.

Outside the practice, Dr. Hall enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her husband and their two spoiled pups, a Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain Dog. She’s also an avid reader. A fun fact many don’t know about her? She spent 12 years in gymnastics, from age six through eighteen.

Dr. Alicia Neidlinger

Dr. Alicia Neidlinger is dedicated to transforming the way patients think about going to the dentist. A graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry, she combines advanced technology with a caring, patient-centered approach to make every visit a positive one. She enjoys partnering with patients on their oral health journey—showing them exactly what she sees, explaining the “why” behind treatments, and helping them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.

Her passion for dentistry began when she had braces herself and fell in love with the process. Always asking questions and fascinated by the artistry behind creating a great smile, Dr. Neidlinger knew dentistry was the perfect career to combine her love for science, hands-on work, and artistry. Today, she continues to see dentistry as both a science and an art form, using her skills to improve lives one smile at a time.

At Harmony Dentistry, Dr. Neidlinger feels fortunate to work alongside an exceptionally caring and supportive team, whose collaboration makes each day enjoyable and every patient experience special.

Outside the practice, Dr. Neidlinger loves traveling, taking fitness classes, and keeping up with the latest Netflix shows. She also has a unique talent for baton twirling. She was even a featured twirler with Purdue’s All-American Marching Band! Another fun fact about her is that she was crowned Miss Purdue 2019 and went on to compete in Miss Indiana, where she placed in the top 11.
